We took a neglected cabin from the 1980s, which had seen better days, and gave it a modern makeover using freshly milled wood sourced from Heaven’s Homestead mill. After an extensive clean-up that involved clearing away an astonishing 28,000 pounds of debris, we completely revamped the insulation, walls, and flooring to create a more energy-efficient and comfortable living space.
We relocated the kitchen, making significant design improvements, and built it from the ground up with care and attention to detail, incorporating contemporary amenities.
What was once an unlivable space is now a beautifully transformed environment—functional, cozy, and ready for a new chapter filled with memories and warmth.
